Electrical Engineer Electronics Engineer Mechatronics IoT System Integration Sales

Five years ago in 2021, when I graduated, I was just like any other normal fresh graduate.
Lost, confused, and uncertain about what came next.

I had no clear career direction, no one to guide me, and no idea where to start. I didn't know which companies to apply to, how to build a proper CV, or even how to navigate the professional world.
And to make things worse, I was broke.

I had a degree in my hands, but no roadmap ahead of me. Just a thousand questions, a little hope, and the fear of not knowing where life would take me.

Five Years Later · Journey of Transformation

Today, life has taken me somewhere I could never have imagined back then.

Global R&D Engineer

I am now working as an R&D Engineer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at a multinational company behind a wellness product associated with world-class tennis champion Novak Djokovic. I also have the opportunity to represent the company at various international events around the world.

International Markets & Consulting

Beyond engineering, I serve as an Indonesian Area Representative for agricultural and fisheries commodities, connecting Indonesian products with international markets. I also work as an Electrical Engineering Consultant for a construction startup focused on sustainability and green building solutions.

Cross-Cultural & Multilingual

Along the way, I've developed an interest in languages and cross-cultural communication. Today, I speak:

Indonesian Javanese Madurese English Chinese (Mandarin) French + Arabic, Italian, Spanish
From a broke, confused graduate who didn't even know where to send his first CV to someone navigating multiple industries, international business, engineering, and different cultures.
"I'm still learning, still growing, and still figuring things out. But one thing I've learned: you don't need to have your entire life figured out when you graduate. You just need to be brave enough to take the first step."

Career Horizons & Versatility

Where Can an Electrical & Electronics Engineering Graduate Go?

In my personal opinion, Electrical and Electronics Engineering is one of the most versatile and future-proof fields, especially in today's rapidly evolving AI era.

Why? Because our skill set is incredibly niche and adaptable. We are not limited to working with electrical systems or electronic circuits. We can explore opportunities across hardware, software, and everything in between.

We can build physical products, develop intelligent systems, write software, integrate AI into real-world applications, and even bridge the gap between engineering and business.

The Core Principle
"Don't limit yourself to the job title written on your degree. Your degree gives you the foundation, but your skills, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to explore will determine how far you can go. Engineers who understand both the physical and digital worlds have an extraordinary opportunity to make a real impact."
